SHIPPING POLICY

Art By Katharine Ligon (ABKL) offers two methods to obtain your purchased painting. First, you can schedule to pick up the painting from their studio in Houston, TX. Second, ABKL can ship the painting directly to you. ABKL uses an independent third-party company that is fully insured to ship all purchased items. This ensures that your art is delivered to you promptly and in pristine condition. This shipping cost varies based size/weight of the package and the proximity of the destination from Houston, TX, therefore it is important to note as a buyer that shipping is not included in the purchase price of any piece on this website. Shipping is arranged and charged separately.

All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification regarding the shipping process and when your order has shipped.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at Katharine@artbykatharineligon.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
